Muchas gracias. Thank you very much, Chair. I wasn't planning to speak about the report on reprisals. However, I regret that the Netherlands have decided to play the US's game and replicating the international campaign against my country. This has nothing to do with human rights, but rather the goal of overturning our constitutional order. Sk n the Netherlands statement about Cuba is unfounded. The report presented today. All the report presented today, I wonder if they are just playing to Washington's game and participating in this game of manipulation sponsored by US funds and providing false information in order to twist our reality, generate instability, and justify the hostile policy against Cuba. We invite the Netherlands that if they have any concerns about human rights in Cuba, I would suggest that they begin by strongly condemning the commercial, financial, economic blockade imposed by the United States against my country for six decades. Because nothing, ladies and gentlemen, has such a grave impact on the human rights of the Cuban people as the blockade. I thank you.
Round 2
🇮🇷 Islamic Republic of IranFirst replyin response to Bahrain
Much uh Mr. Chair. The Islamic Republic of Iran firmly rejects the allegations made by Bahrain. We will not, however, dignify the inflammatory and legally unfounded remarks by the representative of Bahrain except by referring to our previous statements and formal communications to the Security Council and the Secure and the Secretary General. Those communications set out in detail the factual and legal basis of our position. The armed attacks launched against the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Islamic Republic of Iran in late February and the subsequent use of certain regional territories and facilities for that aggression constitute a clear violation of the prohibition on the use of force under Article II, Paragraph 4 of the Charter of the United Nations. In response, the Islamic Republic of Iran has exercised its inherent right of self defense under Article 51 of the Charter. Those measures taken have been necessary, proportionate, and directed at the bases and facilities of the aggressors. Any attempt to invert the facts to mischaracterize lawful self defense as aggression or to shield those who have facilitated the unlawful use of force against Iran is without legal merit and will not alter the applicable principles of international law. Thank you.

Shukran Sayyidina Thank you, Mr. Chair. We reject Jian Sega. Once again, the clear Iranian attacks to mislead the international community, distort the facts and change them, and uh to um put the responsibility on other Parties. We stress that allegations regarding the responsibility of countries of the regions or the use of their territories in the frame of military operations do not absolve Iran from the responsibility in terms of international law, the sovereignty and territorial integrity of our countries will not are not subject to intimidation or threats, and the podiums of the United Nations should be a space for mutual for respect and respect for the charter. The Resolution 611 of the Human Rights Council, as well as resolutions 2817 of the Security Council, had condemned these dangerous attacks by Iran on our countries. I thank you, Mr. Chair.
