Muchas gracias. Thank you, Mr. Chairman. The delegation of Venezuela. has found itself obliged to take the floor to exercise its right of reply against what was said by the delegation of the United States. Chair, all members represented in this room recognize the United States as a state with a perverse historic vocation. They have expansionist and imperialist goals. The United States of America is seemingly bothered by the resolution adopted. As things stand, they have colonies and they use their territories to conduct military activities that run counter to the resolutions of this committee. Today Under the acronistic nature of the Monroe Doctrine, military activities are undertaken in the Caribbean. They are civilians killing civilians through extrajudicial executions and promoting actions, covert actions under the CIA against Venezuela. That was confirmed by their authorities, and this can be confirmed in the media. Moreover, in their their statement, the delegation of the United States attempted to instrumentalize before this committee the bilateral territorial dispute between the Cooperative Republic of Guyana and the Republic of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. This is a matter which is itself a legacy of colonialism and a matter in which the United States participated in such a way that l left a lot left a stain on history. We regret what was said by the United States regarding the Fourth Committee's positions. They have demonstrated overwhelming support for the resolution that's been adopted. Thank you, Chair.
