Before giving him the floor, before giving him the floor, I just want to say that I don't want to prolong the exchanges, which will not help implement the agreements or the resolution 2773 and either protect the civilians who are suffering. The council members have heard your messages very clear. And that's why I would ask you to take the floor only once. I give you the floor. Thank you, Mr. President, and I don't have any intention of unnecessarily prolonging the discussion. Just wanted to clarify that Rwanda is not waging war against the Republic of Burundi and has no intention of doing that. To the contrary, there has been an attack from the territory of Burundi to the area of Bugarama in Rwanda and in some parts of the DRC, resulting in two refugees coming to Rwanda. I believe the UNHCR is already involved in that process. So I wanted to make that clarification.
