   Uva Mr. Chairman, I would like to exercise our right of reply in order to call on the generation and delegations of Georgia, Lithuania, and Ukraine from To refrain from politicizing the agenda of the second committee going forward and to focus their attention on the specialized topics that relate to socioeconomic development. The representatives of Lithuania before making unjust accusations and labeling other countries should pay greater attention to build development and strengthening the statehood of their country as well as addressing the challenges their country faces. Particular attention should be turned towards the human rights situation in that country. in order to take concrete steps to eradicate discriminatory practices and ensure true equality of all those who live on the territory of the country. As for the representative of Ukraine, he in our view should Study the root causes and genesis of the conflict more deeply and recall that it was the key of junta who came to power as a result of a coup in 2014 that unleashed the bloody war against its own people in the east of the country, destroying infrastructure, undermining the development of entire regions, mining agricultural lands, planting landmines on agricultural lands, and depriving Russian speaking school children of the right to receive an education in their native language.
