   Microphone for Iran, please. Thank you so much, Madam Chair. The baseless unfounded uh statement of the Israeli genocidal regime does not deserve any response. We understand that uh they futily attempt to abuse every UN meeting to uh whitewash the genocide war crimes and crimes against humanity they're perpetrating in uh Gaza and el and elsewhere. But uh it's of no avail. The world knows their true nature. The threat that they pose, not just to the international peace and security, but to the humanity. And the regime makes a mockery of international law and prohibition of genocide, war crimes, and crimes against humanity, and international humanitarian law, while its delegation allows itself to lecture others on respect for international law, including the IHL. The Israeli regime, which its entirety is based on occupation, violence, and terror. And whose delegation shredded the Charter of the United Nations into pieces in before the General Assembly? And I'm sure that every one of you remember what happened, the GA, uh their delegation shredded, literally shredded the UN Charter. And while they are shredding the Geneva Conventions in Gaza, is not in a position to preach international law and speak of adherence thereto. Eventually, there is no provision of international law that the Israeli genocidal and terrorist regime has not breached and violated. The regime actively commits crimes against humanity. The United Nations relevant documents evidence crimes against humanity. Being committed against Palestinian people, including extermination, engaging international criminal responsibility, for which the Israeli regime criminal leaders are under arrest warrant at the international level. The regime commits and institutionalizes genocide. On 16 September 2025, a relevant UN framework concluded that the Israeli regime had committed genocide against Palestinian people in Gaza. Identifying four categories of genocidal acts under the Genocide Convention. The International Court of Justice also ordered provisional measures to protect rights of Palestinian people under the Genocide Convention and prevent further acts of genocide by the Israeli terrorist regime. The regime perpetrates and perpetrates war crimes through attacks against civilians and civilian objects, including schools, hospitals, residential buildings, and other protected infrastructure under IHL, including in my country. The Israeli regime flagrantly violates the UN Charter and the prohibition of aggression. The regime gravely undermines Ayachol. Over the past three years, more than five thousand pal more than seventy five thousand of Palestinians have been killed and nearly two hundred thousand people injured. In my country, thousands of people have been killed, much more injured, in the brutal hands of the Israeli regime. Not just provisions of international law, Madam Chair, but this very organization, the United Nations, has not been spurred from the brutal attacks of the Israeli regime. And by attack, it's not just undermining the United Nations politically through their affront to the SG and also the entire principal organs of the UN, but they literally physically attacked the organization. They have killed near four hundred thousand thousand four hundred UN personnels in Gaza. And the SC has mentioned that this is the highest death toll in the UN history. So it's really an irony, a dark irony and a mockery of Ayachel that the Israeli regime is allowed to preach others on Aychl. And you witness how they try to interpret Ayachl in a way that would enable or allow them, in their view, to commit genocide and continue killing people, children and women in Palestine and elsewhere. And we are sure that they will be held accountable under international law for every single life they have taken. We should be clear. The Israeli regime is not just a threat to the international peace and security. It is at war with humanity. Look at just the death tolls that they have brought upon by their aggression and egregious crimes in the region. I thank you.
