Thank you very much, Madam President, and sorry for taking the floor again. We wouldn't wish to really take the floor. But I think the issue of hate speech has been raised by several members of this council, and it's a responsibility of this council to speak to that. And when we raise these issues, it's not because we are Rwanda, it's because we have the microphone. There are several people who cannot be speaking, who could not have access to this microphone. So we raise it. Several other members also spoke to that. But it reminded me, Madam Chair, that during the genocide against the tweets in Rwanda, an ambassador of Rwanda was in the same chair here, could deny what was happening in the country. So this is a serious matter, not for Randalon, for every council member here to take it very serious. During the signing of the cooperation framework, 13 years ago, this matter was raised. Way before. In the 1970s, maybe some of these histories are to date the speakers, the same issue was happening. In the 1980s, the same issue was happening. We are lucky we have this microphone to speak to that truth. I am very sure that the special envoys, when they are speaking to regional leaders, they speak about this issue. When they speak about DLC, they speak about this issue. And in my statement, actually, I mentioned maybe I spoke in English, which is a foreign language. But I say that those who committed genocide flaged to DRC. It is in my statement. We must take this issue very seriously. Not as talking points, not for camera. Very, very, very serious. We're dealing with the consequences of the town. When the misuse of word is used, and I think so many members of this council spoke to that fact. Let it take it very seriously. We appreciate the ongoing efforts, regional efforts, and among the efforts, this issue is raised. From Washington process to the Doha process to the cooperation framework to the ICGR framework, this issue is on the table. So it's not about the size. It doesn't matter. You may be 100 times, it may be 200 times, maybe a million times. What matters is that a people is targeted. As the council take it seriously, again, as I said, in 94, an ambassador of Rwanda was seated in one of these seats. could deny exactly what was happening in the country. I thank you very much.
