The Russian Federation firmly rejects the empty accusations of the representative of Ukraine. We want to point something out. Issues of international peace and security, including in ICTs. Fall under the purview of other bodies and structures of the UN system. We regret that Ukrainians have neglected the agenda of the Second Committee, which, as is well known, is focused in its work on development issues. We've pointed out that the Ukraine is not an active party to our joint efforts to regulate information and communication technologies. The representative of this country often at consultations and negotiations on uh uh key issues has not been present. And Ukraine's efforts in the digital realm are not constructive in terms of bridging the digital divide. And the support for their supporting the so called IT army, and the Ukrainian authorities have mentioned this many times. Going forward, we call for them to refrain from such politicized attacks and strictly abide by the mandate of the Second Committee of the United Nations General Assembly. Thank you.
